X3MPixels

Legal and copyright

X3M PIXELS is an index of films. We don't host, upload or store any video.

A non-commercial project

X3M PIXELS is a personal project made for people who love these films. It shows no ads, sells nothing and makes no money from the films it lists.

Where the films come from

Every film plays in the official YouTube or Vimeo player, streamed from their servers. Each one is published there by the channel named on the film's page. Some of those channels are fans rather than the people who made the film, and the film's page says so. When a film is removed or made private at the source, it stops playing here as well.

Who owns what

X3M PIXELS owns no rights to any film listed here. Films, posters, music and names belong to the people and companies who made them. Preview images come from YouTube and Vimeo. The descriptions, credits and the way the library is organised are written by X3M PIXELS.

We are not affiliated with YouTube, Vimeo, or the brands and athletes featured in the films.

Removal and correction requests

If you hold the rights to a film listed here, represent the rights holder or appear in a film, you can ask us to remove it. Every film page has a Request removal link that opens a short form for the reason and your email address. We review every request, confirm it with you by email, and take the film down when you hold the rights or appear in it.

Reporting a problem

If a film no longer plays, was removed from YouTube or has the wrong details, use the Report button on its page. An email address is optional.

Your data

There are no accounts. The films you mark as watched and how far you got are saved only in this browser, in its local storage, and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data resets them.

When you send a report or a removal request, we keep the film, your message and the email address you give us, and use them only to handle that request.

We set no cookies of our own. To see which films people watch, we count visits with Pulse, our own analytics tool. It stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other websites. It records which pages and films are opened, where the visit came from, roughly which kind of device and language, and clicks on some buttons such as Share or Report. Your IP address is used only for a moment to make an anonymous code that changes every day, and it is never stored. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Raw visit records are deleted after 12 months; only anonymous daily totals are kept. Because nothing identifies you, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the library, and there is nothing to consent to.

Films load through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

Using the site

Watching is free. The films are offered under the terms of YouTube and Vimeo, so please don't use this site to download or redistribute them.
